Project Overview

We at Elco Group are ecstatic to be working on the brand new ice rink development at Lee Valley.

The Lee Valley ice rink will benefit from a 94.01kWp solar PV array, producing a 889.72kWh/annum.

The emissions that have been avoided due to the installation are 39,312kg/annum.

The previous ice rink was completed in 1984 and was actually opened by Jane Torville and Christopher Dean shortly after they won gold at the Sarajevo Winter Olympics! The new ice rink will include an Olympic size rink double the size of the previous one.
