We at Elco group are delighted to be working on the brand new development at LSQ Bermondsey.

LSQ Bermondsey will benefit from a 90.75kWp solar PV array, producing 81,582kWh/annum.

From the installation of Solar PV LSQ have avoided CO2 emissions of 48,932kg/annum.

LSQ was once a familiar historic site in London as it used to compromise the whole west side of Leicester Square, the 1920’s building that once stood here was an Edwardian structure. The site itself includes some of the last remaining buildings from the Tannery Trade, an industry that that evolved to define Bermondsey in the

19th and early 20th century.
